Loved shooting The Barbour Greatcoat menswear collection once again, and capturing the utilitarian influences whilst setting the scene for the shoot. The robust, winter-ready range offers both incredible warmth and protection from the elements, not that we needed it this time round in the middle of Spring, with T-shirts on and snow machines in full effect!

The resulting photography all styled and shot by our team, was implemented by Barbour across the collection. Used for look books, retail requirements, point of sale, advertising and a full blown social media campaign to influence purchase across international markets. Alongside, We Are Shuffle we were also commissioned to develop brands films and a stop motion series perfect for Instagram, twitter and other core social channels, resulting in increased engagement and purchase.

The original ‘Greatcoat’ story dates back centuries and was a heavyweight woollen military jacket worn by soldiers who spent long periods of time outside. Protecting soldiers from the freezing cold and rain, the Greatcoat was a popular style that soldiers came to rely on in wintry conditions; today providing the rationale behind the Barbour Greatcoat collection.
