Another trip to one of favourite spots this week, Kind Edward’s Bay in Tynemouth for the one and only Riley’s Fish Shack.
Brilliant to hook up with Adam Riley plus his fab team once again. We met Adam a while back, helping him with a film for his crowdfunding campaign to allow him to set up a permanent base at Riley’s Fish Shack.
We’re glad to report Riley’s Fish Shack is now a permanent fixture on the beach at Tynemouth, selling Adam’s alfresco-style barbecued seafood from two converted shipping containers.
It was awesome to see his progress and dream come to life. If you find yourself in the neighbourhood, check it out. The fresh seafood is locally caught, simply served and delicious.
Grilled over charcoals, seasonal fish wraps and seafood are served in a handmade wood fired flatbread, signature vinaigrette salads, Hepplewhite’s Chipotle Chilli Relish and crispy hot-plate garlic potatoes. Tempted?
